MEET YOUR COACH

Coach Suzy
Hi, I'm Coach Suzy! I am so excited to start this new journey with Valley Coast Gymnastics LLC. As the owner and head coach, I plan on using all the tools I've learned during my 15 years of coaching. I grew up as a competitive rhythmic gymnast for 11 years, and have experience in coaching both artistic and rhythmic gymnastics! During my time coaching, I have worked with all age groups coaching both competitive and recreational classes. Starting my own gym has been a lifelong goal and I plan on building my gym around a nurturing, healthy, and positive environment.
.
Pros:
-
Breaking skills down, so they are easier to understand.
-
Adjusting each skill to fit gymnasts needs.
-
Keeping class fun!
Cons:
-
Singing a lot while coaching...not well.
